Hand Built for Quality

All of my Crawlers are hand built and many parts are hand fabricated as you can see in the pictures below... Why?...  This is the only way to ensure the high quality that I demand and all Inspectors deserve.
I was recently sent a crawler made by another company as I have been many times in the past...Yes I have repaired most of them. The Inspector told me that it has never operated since he purchased it years ago...nearly $3000 and  he was not able to use it...Yep I hear this all the time...Very sad that other companies take advantage of trusting customers like this.
The inspector had purchased one of the Budget crawlers I make and was thrilled with the quality of my products so much so he asked me to see what I could do with the Bot that never worked so I said sure because that is why Inspection Crawlers was created...To HELP!
I have to say I was blown away by what I found....Incorrect wiring...burned wires...incorrectly assembled pan and tilt brackets...lighting just taped on and not working....tires off the rims from not being glued... wrong type of servos...circuit boards touching the metal chassis along with solder that ran down...Receivers that get super hot mounted on top without a internal fan...a negative powered on off switch...the list goes on.
You hear these guys and see their videos offering excuses for their sub standard products like 20 minutes run time but need to check it in 10 minutes (Wow) no lighting to speak of...Cameras that offer no remote pictures...products that need roll over protection because they are unstable...cams that stick out 2 or more inches in front held on by 3d printed fragile melted plastic and bolt on parts like they slam others for using???
Come on guys...just listen to their constant Hype about the product...the one they have copied from others...Yep just follow their videos & posts and do some research on their type of hobby toys the sell.
The fact is I have proven every statement they have ever made false about Inspection crawlers. I am here to help with any crawler you own, are building or wanting to buy. No one has the customer service that I provide...proven in the post from other inspectors.

Just the facts

Inspection Crawlers offer 5 different versions of Crawl space inspection crawlers all of which are custom built to each Inspectors needs. When I say custom I mean I make many of the parts by hand...All the metal frames on the Zero turns start out as a sheet of Steel and custom bent for each crawler and Inspector.
The hand made unbreakable ABS top is also hand made from a sheet of ABS textured material for a clean mare resistant professional look. No Fragile printed plastic that will shatter if bumped.

The cameras are all contained within the frame of the crawlers so there is no possibility of major damage when you accidentally bump an object in your crawl space...Nothing worse than your camera falling off and losing your crawler like the others with Fragile printed mounts that stick out 2 plus inches in front...so much so that they can't even climb over a pipe straight on... and raising the cam. This is a major flaw due to the fact that you must be able to see what is in front of you.

The run time is hours with all of our crawlers...Who would want a crawler that is limited to 10 minutes before you need to check the battery by driving it back to the opening???
And then try to remember where you have inspected...You will miss half of the problems in the crawl space just driving back and forth. The inherent problems are numerous as I expected. Even the cameras are charged during operation so you have many hours of runtime.

Our cameras are full remote on the normal crawlers...so you can control both video and pictures from your controller as well as all the lighting on all 4 sides and the top. Our pan and tilt brackets are all aluminum as is the light frames...again no Fragile printed plastic brackets here.

The 6 wheel crawler frame is completely disassembled and rebuilt to my specs as well as all of the Motors. Only the bare base is usable when rebuilt to produce the high quality of these crawlers. The tires are Super Swampers soft foam filled tires that are completely sealed to prevent human waste...Mold...other bacteria's from soaking into the foam and rims through the holes molded into the others. And then you get to take that into your vehicle and home or office...No thanks!

The cost of parts to build these crawlers as of 10/23/21 from 01/01/21 is currently at $73,849 and climbing daily. Nearly $7500 every month in just quality parts. Even the shipping foam used is $291.00 per 12 small pieces to protect your investment.

No need to worry about leaking water in the crawl space with our crawlers....there is several videos of me testing them in the rain and driving through deep water. All of our Video transmitters are air cooled and always have been since 2018 day one and all tops are waterproof and protect all of the electronics .
Hope you find this information useful in clearing up the fake statements that you so frequently read about.

Sincerely
Charlie
